Thank you for using Vitaglow application. Here will find what you should know by doing so.
Vitaglow is a daily tracker application designed for the people who want to establish more discipline and organisation in their lives, create and track their new habits and emotional feelings on daily base.
Vitaglow ("we," "us," or "our") provides services to you subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA"), which may be updated from time to time without notice, so be sure to check this regularly to keep to date.
By accessing and using Vitaglow, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t, please do not use Vitaglow.
License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Vitaglow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and nontransferable license to:
(a) Download, install, and use VitaGlow for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you ("Mobile Device") strictly in accordance with Vitaglow’s documentation; and
(b) Access, stream, download, and use on such Mobile Device the Content and Services (as defined below) made available in or otherwise accessible through Vitaglow, strictly in accordance with this EULA and any terms of use applicable to such Content and Services as set forth in Section 4.
2. Auto-Renewing Subscription Disclosure

Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes/Google Play or other app store account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Current subscription may not be canceled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase or by contacting our customer service team.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
(a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit Vitaglow or make the platform available to any third party.
(b) Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of VitaGlow.
(c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of VitaGlow or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of VitaGlow.
4. Your Content and Use of Services
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations with respect to your use of VitaGlow and the Content and Services made available therein.
5. Amendments to this EULA
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or change this EULA at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "date of last revision" at the top of this document. Your continued use of Vitaglow after any changes to the EULA are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Terms of Purchase
Introduction
This Terms of Purchase Document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber" or "you") and Vitaglow App ("Vitaglow", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subscription Plans and Pricing
Vitaglow offers 7 free days for trial and the following tiered subscription plans with the respective pricing:
Monthly Subscription billed monthly at €4.99
Annual Subscription billed annually at €34.99.
Annual Saving on annual subscription is equivalent to 2 1/2 months free.
Auto-Renewal Policy All subscriptions are set to auto-renew upon expiration. You may cancel or modify your subscription preferences at any time through your VitaGlow or Apple account settings. Changes to the subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Switching Subscription Plans
Upgrading: You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. The change will take effect immediately, and your account will be charged pro-rata for the difference in plan pricing for the remaining term of your subscription.
Downgrading: When downgrading your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle to ensure access to your current plan’s benefits through the period already paid for.
Restoring Purchases: Subscribers can restore their purchases in the event of a device change or application reinstallation by using the restore function within the app, subject to authentication of the original purchase.
Discounts & Special Offers
Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is offered to new users to explore the app’s full range of features.
Early Bird Offer: A 10% discount on all subscription plans is available for the first three months following the app's launch.
Referral Program: Referrers receive a free month when a new user signs up using their referral.
Annual Subscription Incentive: The annual subscription option provides a saving equivalent to receiving two and a half months free when compared to monthly subscription rates.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for cancellation of a subscription.
Changes to Terms: Vitaglow reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Italy where Vitaglow is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Acceptance of the Terms: By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
